APPENDIX D3

************************************************************
* DUE DATES: WHAT IT MEANS *
************************************************************

DUE DATES ARE NOT DEADLINES:

The Due dates on the course outline are not deadlines, but
you should stay within 2 weeks of the proposed schedule. By
keeping your progress in synchronization with the due dates,
you will increase your participation to the class, improve
your interaction with the other students, and have a better
chance to complete your projects on time.

Also, in accordance with the new policy on Incomplete
grades, students will only exceptionally be allowed to
receive an Incomplete grade, if they do not complete the
course by the end of the term.

Therefore, it is in your main interest to complete the
assignments within the timeframe of the course.
