	Dr. Jacques Levin serves as Full Professor of Computer  Sci-
	ence  and Computer Information Systems At Nova University in
	Fort Lauderdale. He has 20 years experience in the  computer
	field. He participated in the development and implementation
	of  the  Computer-Based  Learning  (CBL)  programs  at  Nova
	University.  He  received  the  Engineering  Degree from the
	"Ecole Polytechnique  of  Paris"  and  the  Doctorat  d'Etat
	(Ph.D.) in Physics from the University of Grenoble.
