Dr. Littman has been with the university since earning her doctorate in information science at NSU in 1986. She teaches doctoral courses in the dynamic field of telecommunications and computer networks. She is the author of many professional publications and the book Building Broadband Networks. Dr. Littman is a member Beta Phi Mu, Phi Kappa Phi, Upsilon Pi Epsilon, The Association for Computing Machinery, Information Resources Management and The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Her research interests include broadband communications technologies, next-generation networks, ad hoc networking, grid computing, enterprise network solutions, eLearning, and network security.
